I'm still having problems with images, too. Looks like you're fixing up the path to the navigation icon images, but image links elsewhere in the html are still broken for me. For example, I'm getting this, which is good:

   <img src="../images/prev.png" alt="Prev">

but elsewhere on the same page I'm getting this:

   <img src="images/note.png">

which is bad.

The other thing is that I've updated my xsltproc, but I'm still not getting directories automatically created. I'll keep playing with it, though.
