This change has already been made in the QUICKBOOK_INCLUDE branch.
Shall I port it to MAIN in time for 1.33?
I think so, yes. In fact, will it hurt if we merge the
include mechanism as well? I seem to have no problems with
backward compatibility with it, is there?
Well, backwards compatibility isn't really the issue, since quickbook

Ok. Agreed.
Although the inclusion mechanism is new functionality, the CSS tweak is
a bug fix, so it should go in MAIN. I'm super-busy preparing for a
vacation (I leave in a few days) and I might not have time for this
before I go. Joel, can you handle this?
Sure. My pleasure :) Have a wonderful vacation!
