Hmm, I got stuck here... First of all, it's suggesting me to build
from
boost-root\doc directory, but I think I am building from one! And
then it
complains about not being able to construct ./doc...

Ah, yes I've been meaning to remove those warnings, they don't work as intended, I'll do it now.

Here is what I am getting:
---------------------------------

C:/ark/boost-cvs/boost/tools/build/v2/tools\boostbook.jam:319: in
object(boostbo
ok-generator)@1.run
warning: rulename $(base-target).depends expands to empty string
C:/ark/boost-cvs/boost/tools/build/v2/build\generators.jam:826: in
try-one-gener
ator-really
C:/ark/boost-cvs/boost/tools/build/v2/build\generators.jam:873: in
try-one-gener
ator

What can be wrong?

I don't know.

Do the docs build OK before your changes were made? (They do for me)

Do your docs build OK from your libs/yourlibname/doc directory?

You may need to post your error messages on the Jamboost list to figure out why those are being generated.

What changes are you making to doc/Jamfile ? I may be able to spot a typo somewhere, these errors are often generated by a trivial slipup in the Jamfile, it's just tracking it down that's hard :-(

John.
