Once you get one error like that, everything else is superfluous.

As I said it builds OK for me (or did last time I checked).

Make sure everything is up to date, and then try building again, if the error persists, take a look at the has.xml file and try and figure out what's wrong with the xml, from there we may be able to get somewhere.

Ok... fixed the problem. It was somehow related to the recent changes
where the input file is opened in binary mode. It seems that there's
a problem with this with quickbook built with GCC on Cygwin. I'm
sticking to text-mode input.
