So what is &foo; supposed to mean, anyway?
Well it's usually an HTML character entity. Seems that those should be
translated to: &foo;
I don't think so. When I build the docs locally, those things between
the & and the ; come out boldified. Very odd. Probably the safest thing
to do would be to simply remove the & and the ;.
Might this be related to the problem I just posted where:
bin/msvc-7.1/debug/users_manual.xml:1523: parser error : Entity 'nbsp'
not defined
which is probably because:
bin/msvc-7.1/debug/users_manual.xml:2: warning: failed to load
external entity "
http://www.boost.org/tools/boostbook/dtd/boostbook.dtd"
BoostBook XML V1.0//EN"
"http://www.boost.org/tools/boostbook/dtd/boostbook.dtd"
??
