Issues:

In
http://boost.redshift-software.com/doc/release/libs/python/doc/building.html,
why do the section headings highlight on mouse-over, yet do nothing
when clicked?  Combined with the underlines, that's very confusing!

In firefox 1.5, when I switch pages, it's very common for a dark blue
background to flash up before the page redraws again and looks
normal.  Why's that?  For example, choose "Requirements and
Guidelines" from the menu at
http://boost.redshift-software.com/development/exemplar.html

The menu on the right is vertically very crowded, and at many sizes
the lines seem to overlap and highlights don't seem to align properly
with the text they cover.
