At the time I posted, the main issue had to do with the navbar. I wonder
if there's any possibility of the navbar being more configurable. It is
useful to have such a thing for non-Boost documentation, but not if it
includes the links to 'Libraries', 'People', etc. That's just off the
top of my head, I'll try to post some more constructive ideas soon.
You can already remove those links by setting nav.layout=none. Or did
you have something else in mind?
