It is nice. You might want to blur the background a bit to
lift the logo and the quote up front.

Well the logo is already lifted, as in it's over the part of the image that's naturally blurred and it has a darkening flare around/behind it. The quote definitely needs to be lifted somehow. That part is problematic because it floats freely over the background (and alpha channel PNGs won't work, again because of the IE6 albatross).
