All of a sudden I'm getting a lot of errors/warnings from BoostBook/Quickbook builds, but nothing has changed in my setup, so what else has changed?
For example: bin/gcc/debug/math.xml:2: warning: failed to load external entity "http://www.bo ost.org/tools/boostbook/dtd/boostbook.dtd" BoostBook XML V1.0//EN" "http://www.boost.org/tools/boostbook/dtd/boostbook.dtd"; bin/gcc/debug/math.xml:487: parser error : Entity 'nbsp' not defined e><phrase role="identifier">dist</phrase><phrase role="special">,</phrase> ^ And lots more like that. Anyone any ideas? Normally the first warning indicates a problem with user-config.jam, but mine hasn't changed in ages.
