All of a sudden I'm getting a lot of errors/warnings from
BoostBook/Quickbook builds, but nothing has changed in my setup, so what
else has changed?

For example:

bin/gcc/debug/math.xml:2: warning: failed to load external entity
"http://www.bo
ost.org/tools/boostbook/dtd/boostbook.dtd"
BoostBook XML V1.0//EN"

bin/gcc/debug/math.xml:487: parser error : Entity 'nbsp' not defined

If those are the first errors you see, then I'd suspect something is wrong in math.xml. Probably, there's a typo in the DTD declaration, or something like that.

And lots more like that.  Anyone any ideas?  Normally the first warning
indicates a problem with user-config.jam, but mine hasn't changed in ages.

And I haven't see any boostbook related Boost.Build commits either. It might be reasonable to try building docs for program_options library, which also has not changed for ages. If that work, that some recent addition to global boost docs broke things.
