I've been trying to figure out why my table-titles weren't showing up in
PDF's and I think I now have the answer.
Currently quickbook generates tables like this:
<informaltable frame="all">
<bridgehead renderas="sect4">
<phrase role="table-title">Errors In the Function ibeta(a,b,x)</phrase>
</bridgehead>
<tgroup cols="5">
...etc
However, as far as I can tell from the Docbook manual, bridgeheads aren't
permitted inside informaltable's, neither can informaltable's have a title
element.
So... it would seem that the right thing to do would be to use a "table"
element if there is a title, and an "informaltable" if there isn't. Does
this make sense or am I missing something?
Thanks, John.
