I have now found how to display all the symbols in the Math ML set for the Mozilla family of browsers (I suspect something similar for Windows IE6/7 but I haven't found it yet).
This is useful to view Math sites in general. http://www.mozilla.org/projects/mathml/fonts/ provides a painless font installer for Windows and Linux. I have produced Quickbook templates for all the MathML symbols. I have tested this an html files showing all the symbols. A zip of these two files was attached but rejected by SourceForge security :-( (Should I store this zip and/or files in the vault .. or where? And also the more limited html4 set?)
