So I'm trying out doing some templates to get a better image element and
I ran into this sort of output:

<!--quickbook-escape-prefix--><inlinemediaobject><imageobject><imagedata
fileref="<!--quickbook-escape-postfix-->/gfx/boost_1_33_0.jpg<!--quickbook-escape-prefix-->"></imagedata></imageobject>
<!--quickbook-escape-postfix-->

How do I get rid of those XML comments? As they make it impossible to
create well formed XML in situations where the template substitutions
are the non-data part of the XML.
