I did a little looking around, and found out that the faq section for
quickbook isn't part of the documentation that 1) is on the boost.org
site or 2) comes with the september RC_1_34_0 export I am using. The
documentation that comes with my export of the RC_1_34_0 branch is a
bit dated, and shows 'Quickbook 1.3'.

Google tells me that the FAQ I'm looking for is in the Boost CVS,
committed 24 December 2006 -- according to http://tinyurl.com/y2ehc6 .

Now I just need to figure out how to get there.

Thanks for the tip!
