Hi Eric, The problem is my null knowledge of XML/DTD and related stuff. I thought that module (I don't know if it belongs to Boostbook) had already a maintainer so I've done this test case to make the fix simpler. I agree this is a good chance to learn about this stuff, but I'm afraid that for the moment all that I can contribute is a bug report.
