The date is important; since the subinclude feature became available
recently people have been adding tests.
Thus the December linux tests reported 203 tests but the January 20 run
reported 285.
Not sure why that is still 20-some less than Win32 and OpenBSD. Could some
libraries may be suppressing tests that don't apply?
