Blast. I did that in a misguided attempt to try to get vc7 to pass the tests. It's really badly broken, though. Hopeless, if you ask me.
Can't comment on the VC7, but it's not the only broken compiler. Borland seems to have a similar problem. If no one finds a work-around, the question is how to handle this. How about separated regression tests for bool_testable to indicate that everything from the 1.30.0 still works, only the new parts are not available on all compilers?
