Yes, please! The tests should be on the RC_1_30_0 branch, not on RC_1_30_2 - it's not a branch tag and should've been labelled RC_1_30_2a2 or something. Would you also please try substituting the HEAD state of intel-win32-tools.jam for the one on RC_1_30_2? I think it might just eliminate that last error in lexical_cast_test.
