OK, let's make a list of issues that need to be fixed in an update to XEP-0124 and XEP-0206. I know about the following:

1. Move Alternative Script Syntax to a historical XEP.

2. Clarify xmpp:restart handling.

3. Clarify HTTP pipelining (implementation notes).

What else?
