In a previous life, we excluslively used HarvardNet (we colo'ed). Service
was great, our account rep was top notch, and we only had problems a few
times.
OTOH, all of my consultant friends all use pair, and are big fans of it.
It does help to have someone who knows a rep or two there (they both
complained about support at times), so you can fire your questions off to
someone directly. I've liked using their enviroments when I have, and
they are usually willing to install modules and the such.
Cheers,
