i use pair also for one of my domains. they support web based mailing
lists which is why i went there. but the low end package doesn't have
cgi. so my other domain is at he.net (hurricane electric) which does
support cgi even in the low end packages. unfortunately they only run a
very old perl so i built my own there and run it. i stripped it down (no
docs, extraneous libs, etc.) to save on storage costs. HE answers the
phone quickly and have a reasonable amount of clue (other than the old
perl which they refuse to upgrade).
