i just set up a list for the refactor project. you can subscribe to it
by sending a blank email to

this list will discuss refactoring projects and code review stuff. the
first project will be refactoring the dailystrips program. it author
happens to be a northeastern student and i met him tonight at the damian
talk there. he will be on this list so treat him nicely as we shred his
code. :)
when we get a few subscriptions i will start off this project with a
forst pass analysis of the existing code and a roadmap of how we will
refactor it. one of the goals of this will be a list of refactor
subprojects which can be hacked on by various people.
