[Boston.pm] OT => Sendmail options

I have blocked mail sending / receiving for msn.com and hotmail.com
But I need to send out mail to any of these domains, just me with my 
specific From: address.
Can someone tell me how to do it?
I have looked in various configuration files but nothing that specifies 
that 'if the mail is from this email  address, you can send it to these 
domains'
