Is there an open source / GPLed User Agent proxy for windows, that works with IE to help block popups and perhaps configure other parameters as well?
As for me I use Mozilla. There is very little that leaks through, but occasionally I do get popups. I am trying to help out my wife, a die-hard IE user (coz she plays bridge on the MSN Zone site). I would prefer an exe or something I can compile and link using MingW32. I dont want the commercial popup-blockers. Any leads?
