The best mailinglist manager is Majordomo2 (Not to be confused with Majordomo). It's written in perl and it's absolutely mahvelous. So what happens when some poor schlub (yeah you Charlie) subscribes to the Boston Perl Mongers? He gets a screen that sez that it's all python powered!
