The only downside is that user-groups get bumped by B-school academic programs special events, so one has to post the actual room # for each month on a just-in-time announcement. Our Wiki and mailing list can handle that, but we need to remember to do so. Being a B-school, the rooms are pretty nice, and are marked NO FOOD OR DRINK; I suspect if they found pizza in the upholstery it would be bad for at least the guilty user-group and possibly other groups without a faculty/staff sponsor. I wouldn't recommend pizza-in-room. > possibly do pizza in the hallway Stand-up Buffet-style in the hallway appears to be acceptable there. Not sure if the side tables for that are always there or are only set up for the big events, though, don't recall.
