We had about 20 people at Tuesday's tech meeting.

Ian Langworth gave a presentation on Class::Agreement, a behavioral
contract system for Perl.

As Ian posted earlier, the slides from his presentation are at:

and a prerelease of the module can be found at:

Jerrad Pierce then led us through his Perl Advent Calender 2005. It will
highlight a different module each day leading up to Dec 25.

I also mentioned that I was planning to do a survey on which day our tech
meetings should be held. I just received some very useful advice off the
list, and it's clear I need to think about this some more first. I don't
want to do anything hasty.

Suffice it to say, for now our regular meeting date will continue to be the
2nd Tuesday of the month, and I won't change it without first discussing it
on the list.

January's meeting will be on Tuesday, Jan 10.

In February, the 2nd Tuesday is the 14th, which is Valentine's Day.
I would like to have that month's meeting on Wednesday, Feb 15 instead.

Please contact me if you would like to give a presentation at any of our
upcoming meetings.

Ronald

P.S. I'm sorry to mention this, but I would like to ask that we try not to
interrupt each other during the meetings. There's time for everyone to
have their say. Thanks.
