If CBC I recommend the patio. If BBW why Fenway? Canal Street is a stone's throw from North Station, and pretty nice from what I saw when I unsuccessfully tried to make patio reservations awhile back.
Another "brew pub" in the area is John Harvard's in Harvard Square.
