I was looking at water levels behind a small dam, checking for major flooding, as a Skywarn volunteer for NWS. [Minor flooding couldn't be discerned in the dark unless you knew normal banks.] I was the closest thing to interesting they'd seen since the left The Bunker, which means I was breathing and had an Orange jacket and Hard Hat, so must be either [a] important or [b] doesn't want to get run over.
