I was just looking at another Ack initiative, and pondering if it was read for just such a 'talk'. Yours is readier, the plug-in branch isn't ready. > in parallel. we could sync up to the ack source tree or work on our own > branch or whatever. Hmm. Should check with Andy -- this is probably worth a branch until fully regressed. Or a local Subversion repository seeded from Andy's and we send back a ZIP for him to test. I have a Ack svn work area on my laptop already, will check that it's clean. > we would need someone (or a team) to manage all source control and > access. someone could be the tester, another could be the main editor > for merging code, transcribing my ramblings or whatever. another box > could show the current code for all to look at. the rest can help with > ideas, coding, heckling and lurking. someone could report results on irc > #boston.pm or send out emails with the latest source. someone can act as > the PHB (i won't volunteer for that). Would we want a wireless access point that doesn't require MIT waiting period? BLU brings a wireless router so once one guy has signed onto MIT through it, it's open for all. -- Bill [EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] _______________________________________________ Boston-pm mailing list [email protected] http://mail.pm.org/mailman/listinfo/boston-pm
