I take it both talks are open to the public.
I was wondering if there was a group consensus as to which talk most
Boston.pm-ers will attend. It appears Uri is pushing for the MIT one,
and with the idea of promoting a YAPC at MIT, that makes sense.
I presume the content of both talks will be essentially the same.
Federico said, "this is one of the largest amphitheater classes Harvard
has..." suggesting that it shouldn't be hard to get a seat. Anyone know
how the MIT venue compares?
I suspect parking is going to be a pain at either location, given that
the talks fall in or near business hours. (I don't recall the switch
over time, but MIT lots probably aren't open to non-MIT people that
early in the day.) Any parking suggestions? Anyone have a parking permit
for either location or a business in the area and want to carpool?
On a site note, should one of us mention these talks over on the BLU
list? There are some casual Perl followers over there that show up for
the more noteworthy talks.
