Result of tonight's Boston.pm meeting is that the year-over-due Doc
change for Config::Std is up, with code fixes to Tests and Pre-Reqs
only. Thanks to all who helped. It looks like we over-reacted to the
PAUSE indexer warning, it only rejected the embedded sub-classes,
which aren't explicitly versioned, but somehow the old 0.007
subclasses are indexed, nul is less than old 0.007. Odd.
(PAUSE Delete request for the botched second "0.9" upload is queued
for Saturday.)

It is indexed by primary class name
  http://search.cpan.org/search?mode=all&query=Config%3A%3AStd
and now both good and bad show on
  http://search.cpan.org/recent
and on
 http://search.cpan.org/search?query=config-std&mode=dist

Code is checked in on
  https://github.com/n1vux/Config-Std-Perl
with tag '0.900'

Plan is to look at the memory leak bug and other important bugs (in
POD and RT) before moving it to 1.000 . Inherited Philosophy is "As
Simple As Possible" while doing writable config with retained
comments, so we will likely reject most wish-list items.
