Worse than that: this was copied from our Wiki, which has been very heavily
hit with wiki spam again.

Bill had mentioned this to a few mongers off list last month.  (I hope he
won't mind that I open this up to the whole list.)  It looks like we
need to accelerate finding a solution, either restricting access to Kwiki
or changing to another platform.
