I love your idea! one problem though. The LE's that know what they're
doing don't want to be noticed by the community. They're the ones that
only want to be contacted through prior contacts that they can trust.

I have one guy that was ready to ditch me just because I made a
reference to his irc nick let alone his real name, and I really need him
on this case I'm working on.

At the same time, I would love to see/really need some contacts in
foreign countries, anybody got any?
