some agencies who have seen hurricane survivors that are not on her distribution
list.

On Monday a number
of organizations provided the County Commissioners with an update on localized
relief response for victims affected by hurricane Katrina.
Organizations such
as EFAA and Sister Carmen tracked and tallied the number of people served and
direct dollars spent.
In order to provide
a follow-up update to the public and media, we would like to gather
additional, countywide response data in terms of people served and what
type of services were provided, as well as any total dollars raised through
special Katrina fundraisers.
Finally, we'd like
to be able to provide an update as to what additional steps and aid are foreseen
for the future.
Could you please
provide me with any applicable facts and statistics from your
organization?
