My son is trying to download and install his 6.1. He thinks he successfully downloaded the product key and is now trying to install the upgrade. He is to the point where he pushes reset and is supposed to hear the "whoosh" and the 3 "blings" . That is not happening. Any suggestions? Thanks wendy
