[Braillenote] error connecting

Hi folks,
        I am still having some major problems connecting to receive e-mails 
using the second account that I created earlier this morning.
I keep getting the message error connecting to pop server error 1022.
Again, I have tried all of the resets, freed database space, and turned the 
machine off for 10 minutes. Nothing has worked!
