1. Press the 1 and 4 CONTROL keys simultaneously until the "ON" beep sounds. IF the "OFF" beep is the initial audible cue, however, repeat the process until the unit switches "ON".
2. Perform a 1-2-3 reset by pressing the 3-4 CONTROL keys and the 1-2-3 keys simultaneously until the start-up buzz sounds. Immediately depress the CONTROL keys, but don't release the lefthand keys before the opening cue chimes. HTH Diane
