Hi Rhonda, I am using computer braille. It works if I download the book when my PK is connected to a 1. Wireless network. 2. When I connect to the internet by active sync to the computer. 3. When the BrailleNote is connected to the internet with a network card by ethernet.
It only does not work when I connect via the bluetooth cell phone. I can log on the bookshare web site just fine. I can download the book just fine. When it comes down to opening the book that I downloaded with this bluetooth connection, I get the invalid password. Strangest thing. I have used the bluetooth connection with my laptop and can unpack the book. Dan
