Hi all-
I just received my BN BT back from Humanware. I sent it in due to problems  
with the braille display. Either the first 16 cells or all 32 cells were not  
functioning. When I turned the unit on after receiving it, only the second 16  
cells were functioning. Now, the entire display is not operating. I am waiting 
 to hear from tech support, but thought that perhaps someone on the list had  
faced similar issues. I hate to send the unit back in when sending it in last 
 time did no good, but don't see an alternative at this point. Any advice 
would  be most welcome.
