Hi folks, Someone brought an old BN QT18 by my office yesterday for one of my students to use and on close examination I found that the period key is depressed and stuck in the down position. The unit is about four years old or so. Does it need to go to Humanware for servicing or is there a way that I can fix it myself? If there's a way that I can fix it, I'd appreciate any tips on how to do it. Thanks in advance. Cheers! Tom
