Hi Lisa: First of all, make sure you have everything on your cf card or some other storage place. You'll want to move anything you had saved in your E-mail folder. >From the Main Menu, press W for KeyWord. Open a document. Go to the >Dictionary folder on the Flash Drive. At the "list of files" prompt, press X >with Space. Go to thekeysoft.ksdfile. When you see it, don't press Enter, >but press Backspace with C. You will be asked if you're sure you want to >erase this file. Press Y for yes. This will erase the file. Do a regular >reset right there. Your BN will go back to the default as far as the >eight-dot character mode, so you'll have to change it to where you had it.
