I am needing help installing my product key. Via ActiveSync, I transferred my product key package, which I had downloaded with my PC, from my PC to the compact card. When I look at the compact flash card with windows explorer I can see the file. but when I go to my utilities menu on the BN, select application program, I do not see the product key file. what do I need to do?
