I heard from Karen Lincoln today.  She was very gracious and she seemed 
genuinely to want to make things better.  I was very frustrated and was showing 
it (have been having problems for a very long time), but she remained 
professional and calm just wanting to know what was going on and asking to have 
some time to check things out.  I really think she will help.  Thanks for 
letting me vent here, and I hope soon I will have good news from Humanware.
