[Braillenote] Printing and Embossing with the mPower

I am working with a client who just got an mPower.  She is attempting to print 
and emboss with the unit, and she report that the Printer says card not 
recognized. The embosser
says the file was embossed, but the embosser just sits there and is silent.
 
She is using a Port-a-Thiel embosser and an HP PSC 1210 all-in-one printer and 
is attempting to print and emboss via the USB port.
 
Any help you can giv3e would be appreciated.
