Hello, As far as the hp printer goes, if it is not printing, it is because the mpower does not recognize it. For the embosser, you might want to check your settings in the embosser and make sure that the same settings are set. If this does not work, turn off the embosser, and the mpower, and insert the usb cable, then turn on the embosser, and then turn on the mpower, and see what happens. Robert
