Ann, Joseph may be misinterpreting What reset is. He may want to set that alarm for several days and doesn't quite know how to do it. It may be possible in that new system by writing some kind of string when one enters the time. I just don't know. I'm just throwing out ideas here. Supposing Joseph wants an alarm set from Monday through Friday? Can he do that just one time? Okay, so you've told him how to do that. If something goes wrong in his email, will he have to reset that alarm after he did a reset to correct the email problem?
