Then who would they get to buy the backstock of older versions of anything? 
There is a reason people say "Buyer Beware." It's no secret that new 
products and changes are often announced at the national consumer 
conventions. I may have gotten even a better deal somewhere else, but I 
bought my voicenote with its GPS because the price was right as a demo 
model. Now the fact that the demo model was being sold gave me a big hint 
that something different was coming out, but for the price I was happy with 
the toy I bought.
