Hi Kathy, when you play formats like WindowsMedia, you're dealing with decoding compressed audio, which can be quite CPU intensive. We found an MP3 codec which is quite economical with CPU load, which is why the VoiceNote you have will play MP3 files. WindowsMedia is however a bit more CPU intensive, and we have been unable to introduce it on the classics. But rest assured that while we can't offer all the new features in store for Braillenote mPower users, there will be new versions of KeySoft for the classics, and some very cool things are in the works.
