Thanks for sharing the info about the file not opening.  I thought that might 
be the case, but just wanted to be sure and try.  LOL.

I don't mind being patient because I know this is a known issue, and I know HW 
does pay a great deal of attention to this list, and that is truly, in my 
opinion, the best thing a company can do.  I say this not just from a blindness 
technology perspective, but if or when any company takes the time and effort to 
setup and monitor a list for its products, that's just good business and 
customer relations practices.ddddway to go HW!

Now get back to that great research!  "grin"
